Family-Run

Welcome to Erickson Livestock, located in the heart of Nebraska, between the scenic canyons of Hayes Center. Our family-run operation prioritizes pasture-raised pork, where quality always comes first. We also raise show hogs and goats selected for their superior qualities, as well as a variety of poultry. We're committed to excellence across the board!

At Erickson Livestock, we're a couple dedicated to bringing high-quality farm products to your table and exceptional livestock to your farm. Our priority is producing delicious, high-quality pork for your enjoyment. We offer a variety of cuts, including: Sausage (various flavors), Bacon, Ham, Ribs, Steaks, Roasts, etc. We also offer farm fresh eggs, fresh fruits & vegetables, as well as livestock.
